Cancellation Policy
Either side may end a project. This is how we handle it fairly.
Client cancellation
Send written notice by email. We stop work immediately, invoice for completed milestones, and hand over everything produced to date.
Studio cancellation
We may end a project if scope, communication or conduct makes delivery unworkable. In that case unused advance amounts are refunded.
Inactive projects
If we receive no content, feedback or response for 30 days, a project is marked inactive. Restarting it may require rescheduling and a revised timeline.
Care plan cancellation
Monthly care plans can be cancelled any time before the next billing date. Current-month fees are not prorated.
