Terms of Service
These terms apply to design and development work carried out by PK Web Studio for clients in India and abroad.
Scope of work
Every project is delivered against a written scope listing pages, features, timeline and price. Work outside that scope is quoted separately before it begins.
Payments
Projects start with an advance of 50% of the quoted price, with the balance due before final handover and go-live.
Client responsibilities
Timely supply of content, images, approvals and account access is required. Delivery timelines pause while we are waiting on client inputs.
Revisions
Each package includes two rounds of revision on design and content within the agreed scope. Further rounds are billed at our hourly rate.
Ownership
On final payment, ownership of the delivered website, code and assets transfers to the client. Third-party licences remain governed by their own terms.
Liability
Our liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the project in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
