Refund Policy
We keep refunds simple and proportionate to the work already carried out at the point of request.
Before work begins
If you cancel before design or development starts, the advance is refunded in full within 7 working days.
During design phase
If you cancel during the design phase, 50% of the advance is refunded and delivered design files remain with you.
During development
Once development has begun, advances are non-refundable because engineering time has been committed. Completed work is handed over.
After delivery
Completed and delivered projects are not eligible for refunds. Defects reported within the support window are fixed free of charge.

Email pkwebstudio1@gmail.com with your project name and reason. We acknowledge within 24 hours and settle approved refunds within 7 working days.
